    Liked accommodating and courteous staff and fairly large hotel.

    Extravagant and faultless hotel, 5 stars. Brand-new room with breakfast included as expected. Awesome and above average breakfast with plenty of great foods. Top and cool location, 10 minutes' walk to Aquaventure.

    Well-maintained hotel with very nice facilities and very professional employees always at your service. Exceptionally nice and convenient location a short walk from Aquaventure. Also - close to all of the outlets, all the attractions and public transport system and especially the water park and aquarium.

    Opening hours for the beach too late, 9am is ridiculous!!! Pool closing at 8pm feels unnecessary when it's finally bearable outside. The security checks are excessive and intrusive!!! Areas seem overcrowded at times!!!

    Staff is very kind, funny. Location is very good, impressive & breathtaking hotel! Hotel room is cleaned even several times a day! A lot of security staff (in these times ...). Hotel is also the center for public transport: monorail has one stop, hop-on hop-off bus has a stop => very convenient! Aqua park is simply wow. Many security and very many rescuers present. Top organization!

    The sea. Just because it remains enclosed by the palm islands there is not enough flow leaving only waves (exactly a lake). Ideal for children to learn to swim
